Having shaped the global reputation and communications agenda for Anheuser-Busch InBev over 15 years (2003-2018), I guide teams through transformational change, as well as corporate culture and reputational challenges - as a consultant or fractional Chief Communications Officer. 
I started my professional life in European politics, then discovered the power of branding and learned the ropes of crisis management at McDonald’s, before trading burgers for beer. With deep experience across countries and cultures, I am passionate about purpose, diversity and advocacy and about guiding leadership teams through change, helping them thrive.
